Festival Facilities:

The festival is located at the Kispiox Valley Community Grounds, 25kms north of Hazelton. The latter portion of the road is not paved. The nearest store is a small gas bar in Kispiox, about 10kms south. A variety of Food vendors will be on site for the weekend. There is one tap with running water, but you may wish to bring your own drinking water. Pack as if you are going camping. Bring everything you may need in the way of all-weather clothing, supplies and camping gear. Ice is NOT sold at the festival. There are portable washrooms only and no showers. The river can run high and can be very dangerous if you plan to go swimming it is at your own risk. No children unattended by the river at any time.

We DO NOT provide booths, tables, or chairs. NO POWER is available and NO GENERATORS (this includes running your vehicle for power!) are permitted in the Marketplace. Recycling and compost are available, please use them. There are NO ATM machines on site, please come with a proper float. Wifi might be available but can be troublesome. Alcohol is not sold on site and is to be concealed and consumed in moderation in campsites only. NO GLASS on the festival grounds. Underage drinking is prohibited, so are illegal drugs. Vendor Site:

NO vendors permitted on the grounds until Friday 9am. Anyone trying to get in before hand will be refused entry NO EXCEPTIONS! There are numerous campsites and B&B’s nearby if you are coming from a distance and need a place to stay the night before. The Marketplace is located to the left of the main stage. The entire area is grassy and the ground can be uneven, please secure your booth to the ground with pegs, as it can get quite windy. If your booth is located in the “rectangle” zone please note that the middle area is a shared space for vendor camping and if you arrive late your camp spot may not be directly behind your booth, especially if you are assigned a corner spot. All sites are clearly numbered and you will receive a map at the gate with your assigned spot. DO NOT set-up in another vendor’s spot and stay within the marked lines.

Set-Up and Tear-Down:

Vendors are asked to arrive on Friday morning – no entry before 9am, to set up in good time and to avoid vehicle line-ups at the gate. If you arrive before 9am on Friday, you will not be allowed on the Festival Grounds. Please be set up by Friday at 5pm. Your name and the name of one assistant will be on the pre-registration list at the gate. You will receive a map with your space numbered and it will be clearly marked on the grass. DO NOT set-up in another vendor’s spot and stay within the marked lines. The Marketplace Coordinator will be available to assist you if you have any questions or concerns.
