Deadlines

In order to reserve a marketplace site, you must apply with full payment by June 23, 2018. Cheques may not be deposited until AFTER festival weekend. If you apply after June 23, there will be a late-fee of $10/week added to Marketplace fees.

Marketplace Site Sizes and Prices

Small: 1– 12ft booth with one average size vehicle or tent behind it
Resale Vendor: $120.00
Artisan*: $100.00

Large: 2– 12ft booths with one larger vehicle or tent behind it
Resale Vendor: $180.00
Artisan*: $140.00

*To be considered an Artisan, articles must be handmade, and the artisan (that is, the person who creates at least 90% of these items) must be in the booth.

If you want more than two booths, an extra fee of $120 per 12-foot booth applies (or, $10 for each additional foot over 24 feet). All sites are one booth deep.

Vendor Perks

Two adult weekend passes including festival camping for two adults and parking for one vehicle only. Food is not included. Additional vehicles must pay the fee at the gate. Any other people in your group—including children 13 and older—must purchase a festival pass and camping at the gate.

Marketplace Hours of Operation

Friday: 5pm – 9pm

Saturday: 10am – 9pm

Sunday: 10am – 5pm
